Greater Lakes Mental Healthcare
Empowering hope, relief and recovery

Since 1965, Greater Lakes Mental Healthcare has sought to empower hope, relief and recovery through mental health and Substance Use Disorder treatment and services. Programs serve Pierce County adults, children and families with Medicaid coverage in a safe environment.
Services and programs powered by donor generosity include:
- Outpatient services
- 20-bed Adult Residential Treatment Facility
- 16-bed Adult Inpatient Evaluation and Treatment Center
- The Felony Forensic Assertive Community Treatment (FFACT) Program, which assists individuals with severe, persistent mental illness who’ve been charged with a felony
- Jail Diversion Program, which helps clients who were previously in jail transition into services in the community, helping prevent individuals who’re likely to require competency restoration from entering jail in the first place
